Dear Scrubs Patrons,
As you may be aware, the Ontario government issued a news release outlining restricting gatherings of no more than 5 people (effective March 28) to slow the spread of CoVid-19. (See release below for reference).
To that end we would like to remind all of our valued patrons that whether an attendant is on site or not when you are in the laundromat, it is important to adhere to the 5 person maximum AND maintain 6ft social distancing on the premises. Washing our clothes is a vital role in staying healthy. Please do your part and share thespace by: waiting in your car or off site, or folding your clothes at home so that everyone can access the facility during this time.
We all have a role to play in keeping our neighbours healthy and safe.
Thank you for your cooperation,
—Scrubs Laundry Management Team

Dear Scrubs Laundry Patrons,
We have been keeping abreast of the Coronavirus (CoVid) updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centres for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and the Canadian Coin Laundry Association in an effort to ensure we keep our customers and employees safe.
Given recent government announcements designed to keep all Canadians safe, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s recent announcement Monday, March 16, 2020 asking all Canadians to reduce non essential movement and to practice social distancing, we have looked at how that impacts us here at Scrubs Laundry.
We are all in this together, to do our part we have taken a series of steps:
- Reduced Attendant hours (Wash & Fold | Dry Cleaning)
Effective immediately we are reducing our attended laundry hours to:Monday – Friday: 9AM-1PMSaturday and Sundays: 11AM-2PMWe are sorry for any inconvenience. If you have wash & fold or dry cleaning please note these new times – you can also call/text to confirm an attendant will be present.
Note: Coin laundry will still remain accessible:
M-F 7AM=11PM | Sat & Sun: 6AM-11PM. - Washing Guidelines
Regular washing of your clothing during this time will help prevent the spread of disease. We have provided an overview of washing guidelines to help you stay safe and healthy during this time. - Cleanliness and Sanitization Steps
- We wipe down countertops and surfaces daily
- We wipe down the handles on washing machines and dryers daily
- Customers have access to the sinks to wash their hands
- During attended hours we have provided:
- gloves for use, and
- lysol wipes to clean machines or surfaces before you use them
For updates please check back on our website or on our Facebook page, we will continue to make adjustments as the situation continues to evolve. We are so thankful for your continued support and business during this time. Working together we can all stay safe,
—Scrubs Laundry Management Team
